The Malignant Hearts mechanic also plays a role, with certain hearts providing bonuses or influencing drops. Furthermore, players can target specific boss encounters, as some bosses have a higher drop rate for certain Unique items. Legion Events are another avenue, providing opportunities for rarer gear.
