Lemon Sistemi has appointed two new directors, Salah Al Nasser and Rodolfo Belcastro, to its board to fill vacancies. These appointments are intended to bolster the company's expertise in sustainability and communications, supporting its internationalization strategy.
- Lemon Sistemi, a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan operating in the renewable energy and energy-efficiency sector, has expanded its board of directors. The board has co-opted Salah Al Nasser, a sustainability specialist, and Rodolfo Belcastro, a communications veteran, to serve until the approval of the 2028 financial statements. Belcastro has been designated an independent director.
- Both new appointees bring significant international experience in areas such as green investments, corporate strategy, and institutional relations, which are crucial for Lemon Sistemi's growth and global expansion objectives. The board also confirmed the independence of existing director Mohamed A. Al Shinguity, who specializes in economic and institutional relations between Africa and the Middle East.
- The refreshed board now incorporates a diverse range of expertise, including sustainability, diplomacy, strategic communications, and international business development. This enhanced composition is aimed at strengthening Lemon Sistemi's position in the global renewable energy and energy-efficiency markets. The company focuses on designing, supplying, and installing photovoltaic, thermo-hydraulic, and storage systems, alongside developing tailored energy efficiency solutions.
