The Nintendo Switch broke records in the gaming market and has soared in popularity since its release in 2017. There are always new, exciting games coming out on the console; here are the 3 games coming out in late 2022/early 2023 that we’re most excited for!

1. Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Sequel – The first Breath of the Wild game released in 2017 is the 4th best selling Nintendo Switch game of all time. It’s no surprise that the sequel is much anticipated, and the good news is that it’s hitting shelves in 2023. It seems that the original map will be extended and new locations and abilities will be included.

2. Dragon Quest Heroes 1 and 2 – These beloved games are being ported to the Switch as a bundle pack in early 2023, and its dedicated fan base can hardly wait! The games follow a hack-n-slash RPG format, and will be a great addition to any Switch game collection.

3. Hogwarts Legacy – This is a game that everyone in the gaming industry has been anticipating for nearly two decades, and it has just been announced that Hogwarts Legacy will be coming to the Switch! The game is an open-world, action RPG set in the famous Harry Potter location of Hogwarts, 100 years before the events of the books and films takes place. The game appears to hit all the action RPG favourites: perk and skill trees, crafting magical items and potions and follower parties where NPCs bring new talents to the adventuring group. We can’t wait to enrol and Hogwarts and explore the world!
