Starbucks has launched a new line of Cloud Frappuccinos for the summer, shifting the focus from traditional iced coffee to dessert-like beverages. This new offering aims to provide a richer, creamier experience compared to their standard iced drinks.
- Starbucks' Cloud Frappuccinos are characterized by their layered texture and dessert-like indulgence, featuring a whipped cream topping that is lighter and airier than their usual whipped cream. The new drinks come in three flavors: Cloud Macchiato, Cloud Caramel Cloud, and Cloud Mocha Cloud.
- The Cloud Macchiato is a vanilla-flavored beverage topped with a cloud of frothed milk and a caramel drizzle. The Caramel Cloud is a caramel-flavored drink with a similar cloud-like topping, finished with caramel sauce. The Mocha Cloud is a chocolatey option, also crowned with the signature cloud foam and a mocha drizzle.
- These drinks are designed to offer a more decadent experience, positioning them as a treat or dessert rather than just a refreshing beverage. The innovation focuses on the texture of the topping, aiming to elevate the standard Frappuccino offering with a lighter, airier foam.
