Drake has released a trilogy of albums following his public dispute with Kendrick Lamar, achieving significant commercial success and breaking multiple Billboard chart records. The albums have garnered substantial sales, with one already eligible for Gold certification and another topping the Billboard 200.
- The trilogy, consisting of ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR, achieved a combined first-week sales of 687,000 album-equivalent units. ICEMAN led the sales with 463,000 units, primarily from streaming, and has since become eligible for RIAA Gold certification.
- The albums secured the top three positions on the Billboard 200 chart: ICEMAN at number one, HABIBTI at number two, and MAID OF HONOUR at number three. This marks the first time an artist has simultaneously debuted three albums in the top three slots and held the top three positions concurrently.
- Drake also surpassed Jay-Z for the most chart-topping albums by a male soloist, now holding 15 such records. He now ties with Taylor Swift for the most chart-topping albums by any soloist. Fans anticipate potential records for most simultaneous entries on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
