The pilot who landed the Boeing 737 MAX-9 aircraft that lost its door plug soon after takeoff is suing the aircraft manufacturer.

While it's unclear if there are any suspects in 2026, eight years later, no arrest has been made.

16-year-old Norman Prater was reported missing by his family back in January 1973.

He died on Sunday, the family said in a statement.
