U.S. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett said she hopes Charlie Kirk's killing will be a "turning point" for society.

Pennsylvania State Police say five police officers were shot in York County Wednesday afternoon. Three of them were killed. Two others are in critical but stable condition. The suspect is dead.

"Supervisors in this department must be held to the highest standards because they are entrusted to set examples for others," Bridgeport Chief Roderick Porter said.
