WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump’s directive to change the name of the Department of Defense to the Department of War could cost as much as $2 billion, according to six people with knowledge of the potential cost

The Cincinnati Reds have claimed Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Ben Rortvedt off waivers, according to Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic. There was no announcement that the Dodgers had designated the catcher for assignment or placed him on waivers.
